The mark consists of a black line forming a top border and continues down both the left and right edges of the mark before stopping at the tree designs, under which is a blue sky, flanked by white clouds on the left and right that continue down toward the center of the mark below where the black upper border ends. In between the clouds are two green trees, outlined in black; yellow stripes cross the green. The trunks of the trees are black.
