The mark consists of three diamond shapes merged together so that their edges are touching. The middle diamond is slightly larger than the two outer ones. Inside the middle diamond is an image of a lobster with the phrase EST. in upper case letters, above the lobster and the year 1878 below the lobster. Inside the left hand diamond is a stylized letter P and inside the right hand diamond is the letter H in a stylized font. The entire shape made up of the three diamonds is then outlined by a single line, which is lightly offset outwards. Above the image is the phrase PARKER HOUSE in stylized letters, with the first letter of each word capitalized.
