Overlaying the shield interior are the stylized sword-like letters "F","T","F" in silver bordered in light gray. The bottom of the stylized letter "T" extends over a red banner. The banner contains the letters "M","M","A" in silver. The banner contains a silver, red and yellow border. The shield is topped by a stylized crown in gold, yellow, light gray and black and is topped by a Maltese cross. To either side of the shield is a stylized heraldic lion facing inward in gold and yellow and bordered in black. Behind the lions and to the sides of the crown is an ornamental scrollwork border in silver, white and black.
